KARE, LLC Product Warranty Policy

KARE, LLC ("KARE") provides this warranty for products purchased directly from us or through an authorized KARE reseller. This warranty is exclusively for the original purchaser or the recipient of the product as a gift. It is not transferable to any other individual. Within the United States of America.

Warranty Period

The warranty period starts from the date of retail purchase and lasts for 1 year. Should your product exhibit a defect covered by this warranty, KARE reserves the right to either:

(A) repair the product using new or refurbished parts;
(B) replace it with a new or refurbished product of equivalent functionality; or
(C) refund part or all of the original purchase price in return for the product.


This warranty does not cover issues caused by improper use or maintenance, normal wear and tear, commercial usage, accidents, or external factors. Additionally, any unauthorized repairs, modifications, or customizations will void this warranty. When warranting outside the continental United States of America shipping cost may not be included.

For warranty service on eligible defects within the warranty period, please contact KARE through the information available at our contact us page. KARE may request proof of purchase before providing warranty services.


Legal Rights

This limited warranty offers specific legal rights and may be accompanied by other rights depending on your local laws. These rights include but are not limited to, those against the seller of the KARE product. However, unless required by law, this warranty is your exclusive warranty from KARE. KARE disclaims all other warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. The liability of KARE under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
